Refund policy

We hope that you will love your Bastin Home purchase, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your product/s. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For any item purchased at full price we will offer a full refund (less shipping), replacement, or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, however we can offer an exchange or store credit to be used at a later date.

Please note, for all change of mind returns, shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning the item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item


FAULTY ITEMS

We take great care to ensure your purchase is of the highest quality, if however the product you receive is faulty or incorrect we will arrange a return shipping label and full replacement of the goods, or a full refund. We cannot accept unused goods in damaged or missing packaging unless they are faulty.

Please note, our cushion covers are hand block printed and not mass digitally produced and this is reflected in the pattern impressions on the fabric, which gives them their unique artisan qualities. Uneven printing and colour saturation of hand block printed products is therefore not considered a fault.
